Phonk Slap Updates

Confirmed milestones · early access

This timeline is sourced from the developer's official Discord #changelogs channel (full v1.0.1–v1.0.4 notes), the #updates and #announcements channels, and the game page Events tab. Entries marked "inferred" rest on indirect evidence (like API timestamps) and need in-game confirmation.

Update 3 — Kitty/Zombie/Snowball slaps, new lobby, 30+ titles, 3 leaderboards, Anti-Cheat armed

Update 3 lands (official Discord #updates, Devotion). Three new slaps: the **Kitty Limited Slap** — whose **Emperor** version is included in the special bundle — plus **Zombie** and **Snowball**. The lobby is completely reworked ("much more scalable and organized") to make future expansions easier. More than **30 new Titles** arrive, some secret; every non-secret title now shows "How to obtain it" in game, delivering on the September 19 titles tease. Three new global leaderboards open — **Donations, Killstreak and Kills** — and three new killstreak badges reward the 250, 500 and 1,000 streak milestones. Roughly **50% of the codebase was rewritten** for better organization and a stronger foundation, and the new **Anti-Cheat was declared ready for activation** "within the next few hours". The same-day changelog fixed Kitty's dodge triggering unexpectedly (Swap, Smoke Bomb, Substitution, Control and Atomic can no longer be dodged by it), the Limited Zone music and animated borders, the Store Radio sync and the missing Monarch Aura music; improved the Cat Fury mobile button icon, heavily optimized the lobby for mobile and low-end devices (far-away auras and effects now hide automatically), moved the tutorial island directly above the lobby, and shipped two new codes: **SORRYFORTHEDELAY** and **KITTY**.

Tease — Titles are coming: [PHONK INCARNATE] title revealed (not live yet)

Official Discord #sneak-peeks (Devotion, 2026-09-19): "Prepare your killstreaks, Titles are coming!" The attached screenshot shows the new overhead [PHONK INCARNATE] title rendered in a green-to-purple gradient. The developer's own tease points at killstreaks, but no official unlock rule has been published and the feature is not in the game yet — treat as upcoming content.

Tease — spectate feature to watch the game's most devastating powers (pending verification)

Official Discord #sneak-peeks (2026-09-13): "A cool new feature is coming… you'll be able to watch the game's most devastating powers" — a spectate-style feature tease. No changelog has mentioned it since, so whether it quietly shipped with Update 2 is unverified — treat as pending verification.

Update 2 — Balloon & Sniper slaps, Quest Slaps, Juggernauts rotation, Anti-Cheat testing

Update 2 lands (official Discord #updates): two new slaps — Balloon and Sniper — plus two new Quest Slaps, Origami and Zeus. Origami moves into the Quest Slaps category for being too powerful, with a completely reworked design. Juggernauts join the game mode rotation alongside Tournaments and the event waiting duration drops from 10 to 8 minutes. The new Anti-Cheat officially enters its testing phase — no automatic bans for now, with a progressive rollout over the next few weeks. New style changes: your platform is displayed next to your username, VIP players get a VIP indicator and a yellow username, your equipped slap appears on your back when you're not using it, and the icon and loading screen are reworked. Country Leaderboards let you compete against players from your own country, and paid slaps now have video previews directly in-game. Two new codes ship: UPDATE2 and ISEEYOUCHEATERS! (first written as ISeeYouCheaters!, corrected to all caps in the Update 2 - 2 changelog). The developer teases "something big" — the biggest additions yet — arriving over the next few weeks.

Post-Update 2 fixes — Moon Gravity + Ice speed exploit, Juggernaut balance, Anti-Cheat false positives, Dropkick speed

Two follow-up patches ship after Update 2 (official Discord #changelogs, "Update 2 - 2" plus an unversioned fix log). Fixed: the Moon Gravity + Ice infinite-speed exploit — getting hit while standing on Ice with Moon Gravity active could permanently stack movement speed, now returning to normal when effects end; a rare Ascending to Heaven ability combo that launched players into the air indefinitely; a loading screen that could stay active longer than intended; and Dropkick movement-speed bugs against speed-altering effects like Midas or Ice Slippery, including being stuck at 13 WalkSpeed instead of the default 16. Juggernaut balancing adds a short no-clip animation when getting slapped and a small immunity window to prevent repeated instant knockback. One Mimic Slap quest instruction is clarified to specify that the Basic Slap is excluded and does not count toward the quest. More Anti-Cheat false positives are patched — automatic bans remain disabled during testing. The code ISEEYOUCHEATERS! is confirmed in all caps, and the Admin Panel gains offline-player rewards and additional management options.

Changelog v1.0.9 — Devxecution title, developer badge and final Limited restock

Version 1.0.9 adds the [Devxecution] title and a badge for killing a developer. The final restock of Limited items is live, slap range is adjusted, and a set of void-recovery fixes covers Ice Emperor and other abilities that could leave players unable to recover after falling into the void.

Changelog v1.0.8 — lobby, tutorial and void-recovery fixes

Version 1.0.8 fixes the Play button leaving players seated, Ice Emperor lobby freeze/unfreeze visibility, being stuck after death or a void fall, the Midas Slap animation, and blurry tutorial visuals. No new slap, Aura, or code was announced with this maintenance release.

Phonk Slap launches

Falling Towards Success launches Phonk Slap, a slap-arena fighting game where every hit triggers a phonk edit. Inspired by Slap Battles.

Welcome badge added

The game's first badge, "Welcome", goes live as a join reward (badges API creation date).

Changelog v1.0.1 — shields and Aura saving

Anti Chain-Slap Shield: getting slapped now grants a short invulnerability window with a white glow, ending spawn-camping. Your equipped cosmetic Aura is now saved and re-equipped on rejoin. Lobby aura mannequins show your live Aura count.

Changelog v1.0.2 — polish and walk-up equipping

Walk-up equipping for slaps and auras (proximity prompts), invisibility + Flex Aura name-tag fix, cleaner kill feed, inventory fixes, new mobile buttons and lobby performance improvements.

Changelog v1.0.3 — console support and slap cooldown

Console support lands: R1 for ability, Y for Flex Aura, Select for a free-moving menu cursor. A 1.5s slap cooldown with an on-screen bar replaces slap spam, slaps only fire when they will land, attackers get a short invulnerability burst after each slap, and walk speed is increased.

Changelog v1.0.4 — economy expansion

The Free Rewards menu adds 8 playtime gifts (5 to 60 minutes) granting Aura and free Spins. Aura Multiplier Tiers arrive: six tiers from 2x up to 64x, each multiplying Aura from slaps and kills. A new Bonus Bar tracks your killstreak, the +50% Roblox Premium bonus and +10% per friend in the server (up to +50%). Chat titles, cutscene taunts showing exact Aura per kill, and a punchier timestop cutscene round it out.

Community votes — inventory button and chill music

The developer polls the Discord: an inventory button replaces the playtime-rewards button spot ("add the inventory" wins 100%), and the phonk background music switches to a chill version ("chill" wins 100%).

First codes — 500K visits and 3K likes

Four codes go live: 250KVISITS (100 Aura), 500KVISITS (150 Aura), 3KLIKES (4 Spins) and the limited-time OGPLAYER ([OG] title, 2 weeks only). Announced in the official Discord #updates channel and listed in the game description.

Update drop

The [UPD] branch updates ahead of the August 31 event. The game's universe "updated" timestamp moves to Aug 29 (official API).

NEW SLAPS & AURAS event

The game page Events tab listed "NEW SLAPS & AURAS" for Mon, Aug 31 — the update landed on September 1 (see entry below).

New slaps — Hunter, Anvil, Voidwalker + 30K Aura tier

Three new slaps arrive: Hunter (3,000 Aura), Anvil (10,000 Aura) and Voidwalker (unlock condition not yet revealed). A brand-new Aura tier opens at 30,000 Aura. Two codes ship with the update: VOIDWALKER (150 Aura + 1 Spin) and PhonkDelay (100 Aura + 1 Spin), plus bug fixes. The official announcement reminds players to join a new server to access the update.

Changelog v1.0.5 — Voidwalker Quest fixed

The Voidwalker Quest is fixed and now progresses correctly in new servers (official Discord #changelogs, v1.0.5). Players hunting the mysterious Voidwalker slap should join a fresh server if the quest stalls in an older one.

Changelog v1.0.6 — Reflect perfect parry, God Slap nerf, OGPLAYER removed

Version 1.0.6 lands (official Discord #changelogs): the new Reflect mechanic adds a perfect-parry window — blocking at the right moment triggers a stronger counter, with the Reflect turning gold while the window is active and purple once it ends. Kills auto-create 15-second Medal clips, with special clips on 5-kill streaks, and moderators can now kick and ban in-game. Balance: PuppetMaster cooldown cut from 80s to 50s and now targets the player you aim at; Dropkick air-control speed doubled and successful hits no longer recover; SuperWarrior Fusion lasts 45s (up from 30s). Nerfs: God Slap jumps from 20,000 to 100,000 Aura (previous owners must unlock it again) and Lasso blocks slapping while pulling a player. All limited stocks increased by 200 in the final restock before new limiteds. Removed: the OGPLAYER code can no longer be redeemed. Fixed: Ninja smoke FPS drops, Dropkick launch direction, PuppetMaster failures, tournament joins during cutscenes, and the lobby shield energy wall is back.

Changelog v1.0.7 — new titles, ORIGIN legacy code, code requirements

Version 1.0.7 lands (official Discord #changelogs): three new titles — [Content Creator], [Community Manager] and [Prime Supporter] — each with unique colors and gradients. Limited owners can redeem the code ORIGIN for the exclusive [LIMITED LEGACY] title; the code is available for 4 days only and rewards no Aura. Codes can now carry special requirements, and ineligible players no longer lose a code after attempting to redeem it. Titles gain animated rainbow gradients, improved brightness, customizable outlines and a centered Limited title popup. Fixed: the Aura reward popup now shows the actual amount earned per slap, all five paid Auras are equippable, missing gamepass items are auto-restored on join, Aura multipliers update correctly mid-session, fusion kills use the correct multiplier, PuppetMaster no longer launches players after control ends, controller players can slap with R2 while fused, fighter names and FlexAura hide during fusion, player billboards no longer show through the egg shell, and the Ninja smoke effect is improved. The developer notes new slaps are coming soon — the next content update was voted to Sunday.
